Responsible for leading application development team while overseeing multiple Rates, Global Data Directory, & Corporate Discount Program application projects simultaneously. Manage the implementation procedures, interacting closely with the client, partners, and alliances to define the project parameters and to develop detailed project documentation outlining the project including Business Requirements, Project Plans, and Project Schedule. Hold weekly status and prioritization meetings for all projects. Report overall project status to executives, PMO, and project teams weekly. Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end user, service organizations, vendors and implementations partners.

Responsible for overseeing multiple Hertz Local Editions projects simultaneously. Provided application analysis and specifications for HLE as well as Insurance Replacement applications utilizing Signature Capture Credit Card readers, Portable Computers, and Blue Tooth Printer devices used to do remote rentals. Manage customer goals and objectives for the project, while keeping the project within scope, budget, and strict timelines. Responsibilities include but not limited to; develop and manage project schedules . Assist in all reporting needs, invoices and contract approvals. Requirements gathering as well manage cross functional teams and project deliverables Environment Linux Servers, Windows Servers, utilizing Visual Basic, Java, CICS, DB2, SQL, Gadwin System, and IBM mainframe.

Provided programming, analysis, and support while converting the Drivers License applications from VSAM to DB2 for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety. Environment IBM mainframe utilizing CICS, DB2, and COBOL.

Managed approximately 30 outsourced IT applications on the Hertz account for IBM. Providing assistance to Business Analyst, users, and off shore team in developing application specifications, research analysis, problem determination and root cause analysis on multiple platforms including IBM mainframe, Linux Servers, HP3000, HP9000, and Windows Servers, utilizing CICS, DB2, Cobol, Java, EGL, and Visual Basic.

Team created a Mobile Asset Tracking system with a three tiered architecture system using a 4th Generation Language software called EGL - Enterprise Generation Language. Annual savings - $2.4mCreated multiple projects to rewrite existing applications running on the HP3000 with a three tiered architecture system using 4th Generation languages VaGen - Visual Age Generator and EGL - Enterprise Generation Language software. Systems were installed and fully functional prior to the deadline. Converted 8 major European systems from legacy currency to Euro. Systems were installed two months prior to the deadline with minimal errors and no user downtime.Converted 5 major systems for Y2K project and implemented the systems one month prior to the deadline with minimal errors and no user downtime.
