I've worked in the graphic arts industry since graduating from Iowa State University. My first job was as a typesetter for a phone book yellow-page compositor in Indianapolis. Since then, I've worked at a couple of advertising agencies before moving on to the printing industry. In Indianapolis, I worked for Shepard-Poorman Printing as a typesetter and Customer Service rep. Upon moving to Kansas City I worked for both Spangler Printing and Richardson Printing as a sales representative. I joined Print Time in December 1995 as their Pre-Press consultant and customer service representative.
