Andrew is an experienced Site Manager with over 20 years in the construction industry, and his cross-sector experience makes him a valuable asset to any team. He possesses strong communication skills and excellent awareness of project management challenges, which enable him to manage subcontractors effectively and positively influence project outcomes. During his time in the industry, Andrew has worked on numerous large projects in live environments, including Building The Education Revolution (BER), Geoffrey Pearce Correctional Centre, Parklea Correctional Centre and High-Quality Classroom Schools project. Despite their different scopes, all of these projects were delivered in sensitive operational environments requiring minimal disruption to the day-to-day operations of the surrounding facility.Andrew's approach is to work collaboratively with clients and users daily to ensure processes are not disrupted, and all stakeholders are satisfied. Recently, he was the Site Manager on the Ngarala Public School project, part of the Epping school's package of works. This project involved delivering a new school to support over 1,000 students.He has also worked as a Site Manager on the Catherine Fields Public School project as part of the SI NSW new High-Quality Classrooms Phase 2 project. In this role, Andrew planned, coordinated, and controlled the on-site construction activities to ensure that completed works achieved quality, time, and budget and complied with the requirements and standards of the contract documentation and policies and procedures.Andrew's experience and approach make him a weapon of a Site Manager who can push, mentor and drive any team to achieve their goals.
