Responsibilities: • Preparing monthly/daily bank reconciliation.Managing Accounts Receivable that includes: • Recording accounts receivable by calculating income derived from projects. • Recording payments received from customers and updating accounts accordingly.• Matching payments received with outstanding invoices to ensure accuracy. • Following up on overdue accounts and pursuing collection efforts as necessary.• Generating reports on accounts receivable aging, outstanding balances.  Managing Accounts Payable that includes: • Processing invoices from vendors for goods and services. • Recording payable transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.• Generating reports on outstanding payments.
