An alumnus of IHM Ahmedabad, Chef Dean is one of the most coveted chefs in the Indian Culinary world. He has honed his skills and worked magic with flavors at prestigious hotels like The Oberoi - Mumbai, Taj Mahal Hotel - Mumbai, Taj Palace Hotel - New Delhi, The Park - New Delhi and restaurant chains like Lite Bite Foods and Johnny Rockets to name a few.A seasoned professional, with 33 years of experience, Chef Dean has been selflessly helping everyone who has approached him for both professional and personal guidance, he feels really blessed to have had the opportunity to assist many and pass on his knowledge and skills to aspiring chefs and business owners. He has also had the privilege of setting up and operating a very successful culinary school.Having travelled the globe extensively, his understanding of cuisine's, cooking techniques and distinct play of flavours and ingredients is par excellence, he weaves these flavors together to create masterpieces.Through his rich culinary journey as an operator, trainer & entrepreneur, he has learnt not only to satiate taste buds, but also how to create concepts, design efficient kitchens, develop menus, train & build teams, and also run a profitable business.He was honored with the prestigious title of “Chef of the Year” in 2007 by the Indian Culinary Forum and PHD Chambers of Commerce.
