• Worked on SAP SD module and T Codes such as VB01,VD51,VK11,VK12,VA31,VA01,VA32,VA02,MB52..etc• Enquiry processing for new Products.• Submitting Feasibility Reports and Quotation to customers• Price negotiation for new enquiries.• Working Raw material requirements for customer demand and sharing the inputs to purchase team.• Coordinating with production planning committee and Purchase team for smooth supply of Parts to customers.• Preparing MIS Reports such Quality complaints, Monthly sales, Sale Comparison YOY, Delivery rating, Overdues Statement, etc• Workout on costing of new products based on the inputs given by Engineering team.• Monitoring the Price Movement of Steel and intimating the same to customers.• Maintaining the updated Stock and price of the parts• Raising Debit note, credit note & reconciliation of bills.
