As a Scrum Master, My responsibilities include but are not limited to: Ensuring Agile and Scrum are understood and applied by the team, Facilitate the Scrum events as needed, influencing change when required, Helping in removing impediments, Helping product owners, Ensuring time boxing of scrum events, Helps in inter-team cooperation, Helps in organization agility, Consistently look forOpportunities to improve the team's effectiveness. 4 years Of Scrum Management and Agile Coaching experience ,Incident and Change Management experience for managing projects from inception to completion including defining and developing Statement of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS),Estimates to Complete (ETC) with required resources ,schedules and budgets ,identifying the risks and corrective action plans ,tracking and reporting to senior management on the status of project progress and solid understanding of the process to develop dashboards both at the overview and detailed level used for tracking and reporting the status of quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and qualitative initiatives ,Achievement Goals (AGs ) and major projects across multiple operating units and departments to senior management on monthly basis .Effective working alone with minimum direction and as cooperative team member .
