Sales & MarketingI had launched the first division for the company during the earlier stint from January 2010 to January 2012 as VP (marketing & sales). Streamlined and improved many operational aspects related to both marketing and sales, improved `hygienic factors' related to sales, shifted the focus of the field personnel from `CRM' oriented approach and `Month end stockiest booking' oriented approach TO `Prescriptions generation and Brand building' oriented approach to sales.

As a Marketing and Business Development Consultant for Natrol for their operations in SE Asia and Middle East, i had the responsibility of providing Marketing Support and generating growth in both these regions, through coordination with the Regional Managers, for launching new products, formulating strategies, designing and providing Collaterals for promoting the products, reviewing sales through skype and during visits, training the field personnel etc

Launched the first division for Meyer called Cellage and managed marketing and sales of both the divisions and successfully established Cellage with the focus & efforts on prescriptions generation, secondary and inventory control at Stockists and Distributors. Made a detailed sure success plan for the launch of 3rd division and named it EXCEL . Had the privilege to create and manage committed and capable field managers and PMT. Reeshape (ORLISTAT), Calcimax 500, Ugesic (SUBLINGUAL PIROXICAM), Menopace ISO, Neorelax MR (THIOCHOCHICOSIDE) , Jointace DN (DIACERIN WITH GLUCOSAMINE, Ovacare (SUBFERTILITY NUTRIENTS FOR FEMALE), Oligocare (SUBFERTILITY NUTRIENT FOR MALE), Liveril, Wellwoman, Wellman, Calcimax P Susp, Calcimax ISO, etc are some of my successful launches in top positions in their respective segments in IPM driving consistent growth for the company.Awarded the 'BEST LAUNCH OF THE YEAR' for my launches , NEORELAX MR & REESHAPEMeyer recorded impressive growth in sales and improvement in IMS ranking from 95 to 48 during my stint as head of marketing and sales in just 4 years .I want to say 'Hi' and 'wish' well for all those worked with me and currently working in Meyer.
