• Preparing Daily MIS Analysis and Report Generation.• Maintaining and compiling daily / weekly/ monthly primary, secondary and closing sales data of the region.• Preparation of Trade Claims, and process for approval.• Generate Area wise customer wise Sale report and compare with previous Year on daily basis.• Prepare monthly reports and track performance for All the TSOs• Prepare Sub category, Category wise analysis reports to maintain data• Prepare Stock and Sales Statement on every month for Secondary• Prepare Sales to Expenses Ratio Month Wise/State Wise/TSOs Wise• Preparing All the Executive’s Attendance Reports, Incentive and Field Force Performance Reports.• Coordinate with Finance Department for the Claim settlement for Stockiest claims• Prepare Review format for Analyse the Sales Trendz for the entire zone Sales Team• Prepare Modern Trade Sales MIS report and Presentation on weekly basis (category wise, Store wise)
