• Employed by Qatar Gas as part of the PMT in development of LNG trains 6 & 7 in Ras Laffan Industrial City.• Reporting to the Senior QA Specialist, and in charge of certification and ensure that all of the Subcontractors comply with the project Procedures for Final Documentation during the course of construction, Installation, Pre commissioning and Commissioning activities through to mechanical completion and final handover.• Ensuring compliance to the requirements relating to the compilation, numbering and progressive submission for review and approval of all Final Documentation/Project Records as per the project specifications, include all Sub-contractors SQARB (Site Quality Assurance Record Books/Handover Certification Packs).• Liaising with all Engineering disciplines & the Turnover group to ensure comprehensive and accurate population of the Project completion and certification tracking system database WinPCS with all asset tags and their check sheets.• Coordinating with the Contractors Certification department to ensure correct completion and sign-off Inspection and Test Records/check sheets for all disciplines in accordance with the approve ITPs.• Monitoring the uploading of the signed-off Inspection and Test Records/Check sheet• Coordinating with the Turnover Group and PMC Team • Conduct periodic meeting with contractor and sub-contractor to ensure the certification progress.• Preparing monthly reports and progress chart report to the Management.• Participate Sub-Contractor Internal Audit.• Ensure the Load Test Certification of Lifting Beams and retesting the required Lifting Beams.• Witness Calibration of PRVs and other gauges.• Review of VQARB submitted by vendor and made ensure compilation of any site modification.• Ensure all turnover forms are properly completed and signed as required
