Assisting NetApp's customers on their Openstack journey required providing details on feature capabilities, as well as providing technical expertise for deploying and maintaining storage clusters.* Internal and External technical enablement: Part of this role's requirement was to generate technical content (Technical blogs, Demos, Documentation, How-To Tutorials, Solution Briefs) for Sales and Solution Engineers to consume.* Interacted with teams across BUs to develop solutions: Assisted in creating OpenStack solutions on NetApp products such as FlexPod, Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI), and virtualized hardware.As the TME for Trident, NetApp's Kubernetes storage orchestrator, I was reponsible for:* Generating and maintaining product collateral. This included documentation and presentations (M1, M2, and Know-Before-You-Go decks).* Transfer of Information Sessions: Organized ToIs for Support and customer account teams. Prepared technical demos and explained features made available in every release. Followed a quarterly cadence.* Assisted with prioritizing customer feature requests/issues: An integral part of my role is to gather feedback from users and play my role in developing a better, more intuitive product. I do this by talking to customers regularly, gathering their requirements, and identifying existing gaps.
