• Corporate Finance activities including project assessment, viabilities, raising funds both debt and equity for greenfield / brownfield operating projects covering sectors such as Renewable Energy, Smart Logistics, Transforming Education, Smart Healthcare, and Digital Transformation• Acquisition opportunity assessment including MoU signing, due diligence, strategic evaluation, business valuation and proposal negotiation both domestic and cross border transactions• Consulting services such as Make or Buy assessment, Research backed competitive assessment, mapping, articulating organic and inorganic growth roadmap and business restructuring • Strategic evaluation of both traditional and technology backed Startups for a possible collaboration or alliance led engagement with established businesses across sectors • Advisory services for investment led or non investment led transaction structure protecting shareholders’ interests and rights• Investment pitch deck preparation covering complete industry research, valuation comparables, assessing risks and suggesting investment opportunities including negotiating investment terms• Change Management for transformation programs, entrepreneurial reporting structures, commercial assessment of consulting proposals, measuring project outcomes as project champion

Business Development : - Identify companies by creating databases, research their business, financials and media needs; focus to get larger deals in marquee companies; generate fresh business leads; make innovative pitch presentations; structure win-win proposals and evaluate follow-on visits to prospective clients. Deal Closure: - Structure deals- Including valuation and negotiation; monitor financial performance of signed deals, trouble-shoot problems and resolve issues; ensure legal agreements mirror the commercials; co-ordinate with concerned teams; perform due diligence , achieve closures and assist in exits. Relationship Management: - Maintain relationship with key position holders of existing and prospective clients and maintain rapport with internal departments. Industry & Market Intelligence: Keep abreast with developments of the sector and create opportunities.

• Deal with corporate and project funding, both debt and private equity syndications for new upcoming projects or expansion or diversification of existing businesses of corporates, covering sectors such as Infrastructure, Power, Logistics, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality and Agriculture.• Arrange for private equity both inland and foreign and external borrowings from private parties / HNIs for funds requirements of new projects.• Business development involving sourcing deals, relationships, Banks and NBFC empanelments and corporate advisories and mergers & acquisitions.• Performing financial structuring, project report analysis, cashflow analysis and assess based on credit and risk norms of banks / FIs and obtain approvals

• Identify and pick deals for corporate and project funding requirements covering sectors such as Infrastructure, Power, Ports, Logistics and Shipping• Appraise projects dynamically based on respective sector and structure financing opportunities• Assess based on credit and risk norms and obtain approvals and make disbursements• Monitor the book and maintain the health of the business as state head

• Responsible for projects’ identification, development, appraisal, funding, monitoring during implementation till commissioning • Guide local bodies through appointment of contractors for works and appointment of consultants for studies following the IBRD guidelines• Identify risks associated with the project including environmental and social risks and suggest mitigation measures for implementation• Monitor implementation of projects by the local body or implemenitng agency or through PMC • Report to World Bank during supervisory missions and on periodical basis

• Key member incharge of Strategic Management for Empee group handling costing, budgeting and Management Information Systems• Handled expansions, new project planning and development from concept to implementation• Has been a key member in making the Hilton 5 star hotel project at Guindy during early days of conceptualising plans to zero start date of construction.
