Balaji is a member of the founding team of Navikenz and is responsible for success of its customers by providing high performance solutions and services. Earlier at Mindtree, he remained a core member of its journey from a start-up in the early Internet years to grow to USD 1+ Billion in revenues within two decades. Between 1999-2021 he incubated and led their Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing and Mobility Solutions groups, managed global service deliveries for their Industry groups and shaped Mindtree’s market position as the customer’s preferred technology partner for ‘Making Digital Real’.Earlier at IR Multi-Media Solutions in Bangalore, India, a start-up focused on building best-in-class Document Image Management Solutions for retail users and SMBs, he was the Engineering Manager for the Recollect™ family of Document Management Solutions. These were developed on patented technologies and won numerous awards from PC Magazine, InfoWorld, Imaging World among others. Balaji is a graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani and a Post-Graduate in Software Enterprise Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore
