 To improve the planning and delivery process by collecting and maintaining data in a consistent form. Makingsure that stakeholders have up-to-date, accurate information. Manage all operational activities including, but not limited to, timesheet management, reconciliation of information across multiple system, forecasting, financial invoicing, Resourcing, etc. During the course of project tracking, to gather and archive project experience and reusable data to improve project management methods in the future. To automate PMO processes like generating reports, record keeping. Monitor and manage PMO mailbox, respond to client queries and follow ups. Maintain Repository: All Projects (Invoices, Billing details, SoWs, Change Request, Proposals, Work Plans, Status Reports, and Changes). Provide Oversight: Ensure projects are conducted in compliance to standards. Drive the project update & status reporting process. Collate weekly reports and publish Monthly Status Reports and Metrics. PMO documents and template updates. To provide guidance, support, tools and oversight to project leadership with respect to all PMO processes. To provide in-house consultancy services to the project team on project related issues. Conduct monthly/quarterly Reviews and Performance Score Cards.  Responsible for coordination of activities around documentation and liaising with various managers across the board. Aggressively follow up on the items that are relevant to the on-going project/ activities and provide a status update to the management.
