His roles includes Project Management, Technology Delivery, Business/Management Consulting, Functional Lead & Subject Matter Specialist in Finance Data Engineering, Risk, Regulatory & Compliance needs, Governance & Oversight and Operations.He has over 18+ years of experience in solving complex business problems and delivering cross-functional initiatives in the banking industry across domains by working with products, platforms, service delivery, Data Engineering , Data Management & Data Governance disciplines. Balaji has led projects end-to-end, from inception to delivery, and led the teams through all phases of software development life cycle/implementations such as requirements gathering, analysis and design, development and testing/roll out. He possess great acumen of knowledge in running projects for big multinational banking clients on implementing large scale data warehousing/analytics projects. Balaji graduated from College of Engineering, Anna University with Masters in Financial Services & Management (MBA). He completed his Bachelors in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
