1. Identification of all requirements in requisition for purchase issued by Design Department. 2. Receiving the price quotations. 3. Prepare schedule of comparison4. Reiterate with designers and suppliers for finalization of quantity and quality. 5. Establish delivery terms, time and stages of inspection for the supply with ProjectManagement Team. 6. Ensure that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which theQuotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements. 7. Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level ofIntegrity.8. Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in thisRegard9. Issuance of Purchase order. 10. Tracking and expediting of Shipment. 11. Handle Delivery and inspection of items. 12. Storage and handling on site, prior to use, during installation and commissioning andClosure of any surplus/defective materials after the completion of the project.13. Client acceptance/rejection, warranties and other related follow up matters with theSupplier till completion of Project. 14. Keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development. 15. Regularly train on company development programs.16. Report on budget versus Actual performance on project-wise basis17. Assist Tendering and Costing Department as required.

1. Prepare production schedule as per plan and release the same to all manufacturing departments on time make out short term and long term production plans based on customer requirements.2. Ensuring availability components such as bearings, shaft, wheel bars, etc.3. Maintain the quality of the assembly as per drawings from designer, and inspect the machine and certify it before delivery.4. Following up with stores to ensure that raw material collection as per the planning specification and process of raw material distribution.5. Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance.6. Lead, direct , evaluate and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly ,machine operation , processing , treating7. Work closely with the commercial department to ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain plant inventories at their optimal .8. Preparation of estimates in respect of modernization, up gradation of the plant and production process and implementing any new projects.9. Monitoring and supervising the production process and adjusting the production schedules as per requirement10.
