Backhoe Loader Project1. Cabin Interior and Exterior Designs.2. Bonnet/Hood Designs. 3. Pedal, levers, Controls and linkages, Rubber Boots, throttle Cables, etc.. (Parts Inside the Cabin) were handling.4. Supporting for the design of HVAC, Visibility improvement, ROPS/FOPS and Ergonomics as per reach for controls Standards.5. Made Feasible concepts for BS4 Engine and Cooling Unit Integration.6. Design and Drawings in Creo and data management via Extra link.7. Collaboration with supplier to conclude the development activities by meeting standards and homologation requirements.8. Solving the fitment issues in the new product development 9. Supplier visits to conclude the development activities and for design modifications10. Participated and presented for cabin - new product development with global stakeholders.Things I realised:1. Able to execute the projects at best in short period of time.2. Multitasking capability - supplier handling, assembly operations, design & drawings release, Homologation discussions, etc..3. Quick learning / survivor with new stream, adaptable and made a foundation / bench mark for execution.

My Activities:1. Working Exposure in a global development Projects. 2. Travelled Finland 3 months for development of semi-standard project and training on jump lift elevators3. Handled component design in jump lift elevators.4. Highlighted the quality issues, actions to solve and also make sure the control methods has been taken within a timely manner.

My Activities:1. Designed 3D model, drawings and prepared BOM lists using Software tools Creo, AUTOCAD, SAP & Microsoft office.2. Handled C- Process design in different kinds of elevator platforms(mostly covered shaft mechanical components)3. Interference check with the Layouts using AUTOCAD and provided solutions.4. Validated each and every solutions based on the European Standard Codes and Regulations.5. Handled different types of Machinery mounting cases.6. Organized tasks in a team level to meet the project deadlines.7. Created design guidelines for the component specific ordering cases.8. Provided continuous support to develop new comers.9. Organized Various workshop session to share skills from the software knowledge as well as technical knowledge within people of my organization.10.
