On secondment for a Global SAP project at Cadbury Schweppes plc, UK. Among the key role during this stint spanning 3 1/4 years are:1. Business Process Specialist for the Cadbury Schweppes Food & Beverages Implementation. Helped design the process, implemented the same on SAP APO and trained end users (Aug 2001 - Apr 2002)2. Team Leader for the Orangina Schweppes Implementation. Integration project for the merger of Schweppes France and Orangina Pampryl. Was based for extended periods of time in Paris. (May 2002 - Mar 2003)3. Team Coordinator for the Dr.Pepper/7Up (DPSU) Project for Logistics Execution. Designed and Implemented new delivery policy for DPSU, setup warehouse management system and transportation management. (Apr 2003 - Apr 2004)4. Project Management responsibility for the DPSU project (Apr 2004 - Oct 2004)

Responsible for the entire outbound supply chain, including delivery to customers, central planning for warehousing & distribution, transportation management.Was part of several cross-functional teams including Activity Based Costing.Was an accredited trainer for the behavioural change program.
