Job description:  Provide support on reporting, Financial & Administrative dimensions and to ensure Successful completion of Billing across all locations. Prepare quar:terly and Monthly review decks (QBR, MBR) for Telstra covering data pertinent to each LOB/Practice and relationship. Create a repository for gathering reporting information and use it to create dashboards and MIS. To monitors financial levers and recommend corrective action plan, and to review project management office processes and recommend improvement on the same. Provide assistance in creation of Cost budget and ensure budgetary Compliance and to capture revenue projections from stake holders on a defined periodic basis. Providing assistance in preparation of RFB's bay providing pertinent Data, which also includes providing data to various groups in analyst relation activities.Achievements:  Had successfully completed billing for all the won's (35 won's in specific) across the project from Aug2013 tilldate.  Implemented key process of attendance tracking and leave leakage which helped the projects from revenue leakage. Overall responsible for generating monthly revenue of 60 crs across all sites, which is successfully completed month on month with an annualized revenue of 240 Crs(Approx). Effectively took part on several cost saving projects providing key inputs on transport cost, HC base lining, Support staff reduction.etc. Key contributions on GM improvement plan which helped in improving GM% from 5%to 30%.Apart from this contribution made PMR, PSR review with Telstra.Has been a Single Point of Contact for MBR and QBR review.Rewards & Recognitions: Best PMO for Q1, Q2 and Q4 FY14.TCS TOPAZ GO GETTER for the year 2013.
