The restructuring involved personnel, culture, fiscal policies and the product portfolio, supplier negotiations, licensing negotiations, Re branding the corporate entity, sales and circulation strategies - achieving 90% improvement to the bottom line and a 40% grown in overall turnover.The restructure also involved corporate re branding , launch of a website,relocation etc.Drove successful international negotiations and licencing agreements with key stakeholders such as Ziff Davis Media, Forbes and VNU, as well as re-negotiated the PC Magazine licence with a substantial 70% reduction in the licence fee, thus resulting in mammoth savings to the bottom line. Won the License and managed the launch (under licence) of Forbes Arabia Magazine to Middle East market.
