Manager - Human Resources & Operations
Current• Managing complete office operations, which include hiring, onboarding, employee benefits, policy creations, attendance, and leave management.• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure a seamless flow of daily operations and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.• Working closely with the project management team to monitor project progress on a daily basis and providing support in project coordination, reporting, and tracking.• Assisting the organization with timesheet management to accurately track employee hours and project-related activities.• Conducting employee inductions to familiarize new hires with the company culture, policies, and procedures, and facilitating or coordinating training sessions as needed.• Participating in the performance review process, working with managers and employees to assess performance and provide feedback, and assisting in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.• Contributing to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and providing insights to drive strategic initiatives.• Actively engaging in cost-cutting initiatives related to hiring and other operational expenses to ensure fiscal responsibility while maintaining operational efficiency.
