Helped design and build new features and capabilities into Wells Fargo's online-banking solution. I handled features related to money-movement module, which manages both inter-FI and intra-FI transfers. My work involved developing middleware web services, end-to-end coding for the front-end application, and maintaining some modules in the banker.

• Worked on the KANA CRM platform which provides powerful web collaboration via online text chat and web-page co-browsing between customer service agents and end users. My responsibilities included:
• Adding new features to the product like pre-defined surveys, computing customer wait time statistics, and pro-active chat functionality.
• Database modeling and creating SQL & PL/SQL constructs for these modules for an Oracle database.
• End-to-end development on all tiers of the application for these modules.
• Enhancing the HTML templating framework by adding more widgets and by upgrading the functionality of existing widgets.
• Assisting in maintaining previous releases of the product.Acting as the single point of contact for handling and resolving customer escalations for KANA ResponseLive.

• Helped develop multiple features for WAND, which is a contingent staffing software solution.
• Technologies used: Spring MVC, Hibernate, JSP, AJAX (DWR), Javascript, JBoss
• Also had to co-ordinate with the offshore team in India and oversee their development efforts.
• Was instrumental in driving the development efforts from a usability standpoint.

• Was part of the ChaseRELS ChannelMaster product, a home mortgage software solution targeted at the loan application process.
• Designed and implemented server-side modules related to Title orders, HUD acceptance, Loan closure and Deposit Reports.
• Technologies used: Java, Hibernate, HSQL, Flex, Javascript. iText, Oracle.

• Was instrumental in designing a multi-tiered web-application for a clustering solution, from the ground up
• Managed a framework-based approach to facilitate iterative development of the application
