Director
CurrentThe Project Director is responsible for successful execution of client projects by providing leadership, process guidance and corporate oversight. The Director will oversee large scale initiatives involving multiple project phases, integration with multiple systems and use of Tegrit and subcontracted staff. Principally for managing contracts to ensure that project objectives are met; risks are mitigated and minimized; revenue and profit goals are achieved and personnel resources are efficiently utliized. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the Director may act as a subject matter expert in business domain or technical areas.The Director will be responsible for implementing a new or improved project management methodology, and driving adoption. The Director will be responsible for developing processes to support database management and application development. In addition the incumbent will support sales initiatives by preparing RFP responses, developing project cost budgets and making client presentations.
