As Clinical Product Manager I worked to develop clinical management systems for our industries. The role provided me with the opportunity to be a part of a team developing some of the very earliest electronic health records and electronic medical records platforms in our industry.

At MindLeaders, formerly DPEC, a leading global provider of e-learning, I was responsible for managing relationships with our partners. In this role I licensed content from leading publishers to develop approximately 200 e-learning courses per year. This included negotiating contract terms, rights and royalties. I also managed the relationships with our third party courseware providers, including negotiating the legal and financial terms of the relationship and providing sales support for the third party product offerings. In addition, I worked with our Learning Management System (LMS) partners on joint sales opportunities and client support. I was named Employee of the Year in 2004 and had the opportunity to work with the company during its most rapid growth period.

At Energy.com we were pioneers on several fronts. We sat at the convergence of two trends: the rise of the Internet and the start of energy deregulation. Our vision was to bring the two together. We used the Internet to educate businesses and consumers about energy deregulation and then allowed them to select a natural gas or electricity provider online. I had the opportunity to work on developing an active online community that predated Facebook by six years and was managing our search engine optimization program before Google incorporated.
