 1MM Front-End proposal Project Co-led this project and completed it one month ahead of the scheduled delivery Though there were massive change requests - project was completed 15 % under budget  Coordinated and prepared PFD/PID, GA, Data Sheets and 3D models Handled global stakeholders (engineers and vendors) Co-led weekly war room meetings Crashed the project timeline to accelerate by 4 weeks

 Syncrude Fluid Fine Tailings and Mildred Lake Mine Replacement Projects  Handled large Utility Air Compressor Package including Air Compressors, dryers, Wet and Dry Air Receivers all installed on a skid and enclosed by building infrastructure. Led 7 engineering staff on a daily basis Managed 8 vendors on a daily basis Participated in HAZOP and model reviews meetings Used ASME (pressure vessel) and API (pump) codes  Prepared 6 EWP and 6 CWP (engineering and construction work packages)

 (25MM) Sour Gas Handling Project and Waste Water De-Bottlenecking Project FEED and detailed design consisting of gas compressors, coolers, filter separators, LO NOx burner, 50’ high scrubbers and fans  Executed the CPDEP (Chevron project development and execution process) for small, “fit for purpose” projects that include 5 phases, each phase has best practices and value process indicators 20% cost savings through the application of lean management and “fit for purpose” principles  Met local regulatory emissions requirements Reviewed and approved contractor’s engineering documents Obtained operations’ buy in during FEED and detailed engineering

-  Sulphur Forming Projects (80MM) Qatar Gas in Qatar. Largest project for Enersul Inc. In the capacity of Project Engineer, identified and managed several change orders resulting in 2 MM profit margin to the company. Managed 15 engineering staff consisting of Engineers from all disciplines, designers and draftsmen. Reviewed and stamped PFD and PID’s Led (10MM) Formosa project in Taiwan; completed 1 month ahead of the scheduled delivery and 5% under budget Led (7MM) Shazand Araq Refinery Project. Managed cultural and language challenges very effectively Promoted to Project Manager due to outstanding performance reviews and results
