Ensuring that plant controls & shutdown systems are operated in a safe manner.Knowledge to read & interpret design drawings such as P&IDS, mechanical flow diagram & process flow diagram. Hands on experience of operation, trouble shooting, preventive, corrective & shutdown, maintenance & overhauling on multistage vertical, horizontal centrifugal pumps, screw pumps, gears pumps, fire pumps, reciprocating or triplex pumps. Operation, trouble shooting & maintenance of flare KOD booster & triplex plunger in-line pumps, sea water treatment plant Multi media filtrations multistage centrifugal pumps. Trouble shooting, preventive, corrective & shutdown, maintenance & overhauling on V-type, in-line type 6, 12, 16 cylinders bi-fuel engines, gas engines, diesel engines, marine engines for crane operations on platform. Operation & Top overhauling of multi stage gas & air compressors Operation of well head control panel. Shut down and start up procedure.Hands on experience on Piping, gaskets and heavy-duty heat exchangers. Well experience in developing, revision & following SOPS. Implementation of ERP during emergency & mock drills. Activity involved in Job safety analysis studies. Involved in writing shutdown, startup & isolation procedures for out major maintenance jobs including turnaround. Raising work orders, issuing work permits & releasing equipments for maintenance.Conversant with work permit system involving cold work, hot work & excavation certificate & confined space entry. Performing operational and maintenance inspections solved startup and day-to-day problems in rotating equipments. Dismantling, Repairing, Overhauling, Testing, Operation and maintenance of Reciprocating ¢rifugal compressors like gas & Air compressors: Cooper, Atlas copco,Dresser-Rand, BPCL MULTISTAGES COMPRESSORS, ENGINES like: Caterpillar, Waukesha, Cummins, Detroit etc related to plant oil field and refinery static
