The main goal of this role is to manage Apple Operations Team and ensure smooth procurement flow of Apple devices across various Vodafone Operating Companies. Directing a team of 4 procurement professionals. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Represent the team both internally and externally - Build relationship with stakeholders and act as first escalation point in case of operational issues/questions- Manage performance of the team, set targets and evaluate results of individuals - Guide, coach and mentor employees to help them achieve their goals and reach their highest possible potential- Act as process owner for Apple procurement flow- Responsible for project management such as internal process improvements/reviews, process changes, Apple Keynotes, etc - Optimize and build up ways of working for a more efficient team performance

- Coordinating and supervising AP-AR queries of various Vodafone partners (eg.: Apple, Sony, Google, Lenovo, etc) in handset, tablet and C-IoT category - Maintaining daily contact with suppliers, Vodafone local markets (UK, NL, RO, CZ, DE, SA) and business partners- Supervising end-to-end procurement process for Apple devices (order creation, supplier invoice processing, Order to Cash activities, checking on the fulfillment of deliveries and goods of receipt)- Maintain, provide green tax related reports to the local authorities (WEEE, Copyright levy)- Collaborating closely with partner teams, analyzing and neutralizing root causes of general process gaps- Creating improvement plans for the Supplier Management Team- Supporting and driving different process improvement projects (SAP orientated)- Organizing and managing trainings and workshops- Supporting the work of the Procurement, Category and the Supplier Account Managers, located in Luxembourg
