This is a young company, established in September 2015, by a team of experienced IT and Business professionals with decades of experience.RESPONSIBILITIES • Full life-cycle recruiting of all levels of staff and departments in: Technical, software & hardware development, e-commerce, manufacturing, professional services, telecommunications, biotechnology, R&D etc.• Updating Applicant Tracking System (ATS).• Extending offer to the candidate and generating offer package. • Recruitment for different clients of Technical, Non-IT, Business Professional etc. domains.• Evaluated skills and updated the Candidate tracker with potential candidates.• Close co-ordination with clients for understanding requirement and setting up the expectation.• Sourcing and recruiting through various channels like networking referrals, websites, existing database.• Also Leading a team of 4 member in the absence of my manager Screening their resumes.
