• Working in a Citrix based environment.• Check the Ethernet connectivity between the customer and Local Exchange Carrier.• Check the live traffic on the circuit and process the request as per requirements on the Ethernet Circuits• Log into the router• Check the status of the interface• Check whether the interface is passing traffic or not• Bring the interface down • Remove the aggregator• Removing Interface and Policies on the router• Check the Interface. Check the configuration on the router for the interface.• Check whether the interface is static/unicast or multicast.• If multiple Interfaces are found, then no VRF is deleted.• Deleting the interface and policies on the router• Retrieve and update FMS comments and records as part of the DSO, DS1 level install process.• Remote testing of circuits on the physical layer by running different Bert patterns.• Join hotcut Conference Bridge with customer to upgrade or downgrade the services on real time basis.• Identification and verification of port configuration and mapping of DACS cross connections on DS1 circuits• Real time assistance to AT&T, QWEST, Verizon and other LEC’s (Local Exchange Carrier) while having problem to testing the circuits.• Handling of calls with client on daily basis and follow up the ticket and errors to complete as per SLA.• Trouble shoot on all the issues of the customer related to BGP, DNS and IP.• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, service requests.• Remotely configure ports, switches, routers and test the circuits at Layer 1(Physical Layer) using tools like Quick pad, React, Blue zone etc• Disconnecting of IPNO and IPT1 level circuits at the time of Up-Grade, Downgrade, and Move Request• Carrying out meetings with Clients to provide Project Updates. Successful completion of projects for Clients like Fed-Ex, TCS-North America, Infosys America, Target, McDonalds.• Provide training to new users.
