Worked at Integrated Currency Management Chest and primarily handled - Daily RBI reporting within stipulated cut off time through E-kuber CYM portal for cash withdrawal and deposit transactions done at currency chest . Monthly reporting to RBI for FICN and Mutilated notes detected during unprocessed cash processing. Soiled Note remittance to RBI, Fresh cash receipt from RBI and corresponding entries in E-Kuber system.Planning and instant decision making is very important to manage currency chest activities as it is a time bound and regulatory reporting based activity which attracts heavy monitory penalties and reputational loss in case of any breach hence - Monitoring all linked CIT (cash in transit) vehicles on geo tracker rigorously in order to ensure timely cash delivery to their mapped branches and to deposit remitted cash from branches at ICMC within RBI reporting cutoff time. In case of any breakdown of vehicles, parking of cash to nearby ICICI Branch or to nearest police station etc.

Worked at Regional processing center(RPC- HUB location) and handled Team Lead role with a team of 15 employees, for managing retail banking operations of across Rajasthan branches(approx 500 in numbers) operations handled - TAB account activation with an average daily volume of 500 cases, rejections curing by co-ordinating with branch staff to avoid re-work and delay in account activation, providing training to sourcing team.With Account servicing and modifications team performed Re-KYC volume handeling with an average daily volume of 400 cases, Locker Re-KYC, SCSS, PPF, SSY account creation and also assisted in cheque clearing, IPO processing, 15G/H updation requests processing.

Worked with ICICI Bank as Junior officer and basically done CASA sourcing, Life insurance and other products sales. As an entry level profile it helped me to understand basic concepts and working of banking. Left this role for further studies.
