Role and Responsibility: -• Design and analysis of Sheet metal parts.• Prepare work order with conversion,transportation & packaging charges including.• Reverse Engineering of the Sheet-Metal parts for various machinery• Plant Layout Working• Run DFMEA and various tool for effective Design and production of the product.• Design new engineering products and processes.• Craft models and drawings of products using CAD.• Analyze prototype data and retest if needed.• Research new product ideas and methods.• Develops jigging for Powder Coating line products• Provide a universal solution for jigging for all types of materials with variable sizes in powder coating line, preventing material falling on the line from4-6m height.• Improve existing products and processes.

• Day-to-Day Managerial operations and giving plan to production.• Use specialized software to create models and drawings of products.• Work Closely with the Bending and Laser machine• Research new methods of development & organize and maintain existing engineering records.• Analysis and resolution of quality issues.• Perform physical testing on engineering prototypes.• Develop virtual models of different designs using computer software.• Connects directly with the clients for their needs and feedback.• Present designs and perform demonstrations of product prototypes for the approval of clients.• Evaluate the function, safety and appearance of products to ensure they have a practical design.• Project works on: - Electrical Enclosure Box, Accosting Enclosure (Canopy), MCB Box and Electrical Panels.

Role and Responsibility: -• Technology Transfer from R&D to Production.• Assist management with product planning and related activities.• Prepare Design for Sheet metal Product for Manufacturing and to run feasibility study.• Prepare the Customer Need; Make Plan, Part and assembly drawings of the Mechanical Parts (2D & 3D) in SolidWorks, Solid EdgeST8.• After designing arrange new parts from supplier and then after quotation compare, manufactures first 3-5sample pieces for checking the real behavior ofdeveloped part.• Preparation of BOM as per sample or concept received from customer.• Preparation of sample as per customer requirement.• Production trial run of the New developed product with controlling parameters and checkpoints and to discuss it with my seniors.• Making the product more efficient from the existing one by changing its design, cost and other parameters.

Role and Responsibility: -• Work closely with the Marketing team to generate product insights and also help in company promotion activities.• Conduct design reviews to make sure the product meets necessary requirements and standards.• Modify and refine designs using working models and to confirm with customer specifications, production limitations and changes in design trends.• Design Automobile Gear, Piston, Connecting Rod,Diggi Lock Cover, Runner used in curtain for commercial vehicle.
