As the Integration Center Operations Specialist, I act as a subject matter expert supporting all SHI configuration and warehouse business flowing through our Integration Facility. I work closely with the SHI sales teams to provide process support for utilizing the SHI Warehouse and Configuration center. I provide training to SHI sales reps on warehouse processes, such as requesting inventory, monitoring stock levels, order entry, etc. I investigate and resolve internal system issues while utilizing internal reporting tools to catch future complications. Trainings are usually performed remotely over the phone and screen sharing, but have also included in person, mass trainings of 100s at our Corp office in Austin, TX. I also create warehouse specific hardware parts and related service parts as well as modify orders in Microsoft Dynamics AX. Finally, I manage our warehousing ticket portal, generate shipping labels and schedule carrier pickups.
