Key Responsibility-  Managing team & coordinating with client IT, Vender’s and service provides. Working on VDI and thin client (Dell WYSE/HP WINDOW TERMINAL &HP AIO) projects from last 3 years. Coordinating with Inoc team and network team. Making plan for new process migration and movement. Escalation handling of Ops team. Managing the Change request for this centre.  Controlling users by using group policy. Managing Antivirus and WSUS server. Implemented and configured NORTON GHOST for OS deployment Have done initial level configuration of Cisco Routers and Switches. Maintaining checklists of IT operations like daily backup and daily Antivirus Update Planning, organizing, implementing, directing, controlling and monitoring IT operations. Service delivery for all the clients. Managing SLA's committed to production & client team Ensure committed Uptimes are met Reviewing of monthly /weekly performance of IT team Project management and transition for new process launch. 24/7 support for critical incidents. Ensure and institute best practices within the team (in phone, email, and complaint handling) to streamline the team’s performance. Monitor the team with regards to schedule adherence, punctuality, sick leave; take appropriate corrective actions and consult with the Senior Management on the actions to be taken. Monitor Voice, Data and MPLS links, co-ordinate with service provider and NOC team if found any issues with the links. Maintain inventory of IT Infrastructure. Manage all Change Management Process, ramp ups, and escalated complaints. Maintain good relationship with vendors and service providers. Visiting client location for new project and regularly doing meeting with client for new project. Currently I am working in the Citrix (VDI) project for Jamshedpur location for migration of all users from desktop to Citrix profile and till now migrated approx. 3000 users.
