Brian is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 4E&E Financial Services, LLC, a boutique consulting services company providing outsourced CFO, Accounting, Internal Audit, SOX, and Insurance services to publicly traded and privately held organizations, as well as to individuals. At his highest level in public accounting, Brian was a Partner in Risk Assurance with PwC, responsible for leading Internal Audit Service delivery for Retail, Consumer Products, and Financial Services in the North Texas Region. Prior to joining PwC, Brian successfully led a boutique accounting and auditing practice from start-up in 2008 to profitability in 2009 and beyond. In 2010, Brian personally acquired this practice and operated it solely prior to merging the business with Sunera, where he led the Dallas and Houston offices from 2010 to 2013. Due to his entrepreneurial experience and business acumen, Brian was selected as one of the Top 40 Business People under 40 Years Old by the Dallas Business Journal in 2009. Brian graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Oklahoma City University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with High Honors from the University of Oklahoma. Brian was also inducted into the Del City High School Alumni Hall of Fame in 2011. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Investments & Derivatives Auditor (CIDA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA) and is Certified in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA) and Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
