The journey has always been knowledge driven, challenging and satisfactory!!The management consulting industry has always been quite interesting for me in the sense that it has given me a platform to enhance my leadership skill along with other soft skills which have been developed and enriched over the period of time. As a management professional, I am able to showcase my leadership skills in ways of leading the multi functional project from concept to deliverables across different domain areas be it in valuation , techno commercial appraisals, matters related to environmental social governance and lender's engineering report. The consulting experience of project management has been quite interesting and satisfactory for me in a way that my effective assessment of the project has helped the lender or the client to take some important strategic decisions in appraising the project or merger and acquisition, banking or security purpose. In addition, the advantage of handling multi sectoral projects is always been beneficial in overall understanding the domain area and giving a directional move to the company.Integrity is the foundation of good leadership. Leaders with integrity are trustworthy, honest, and ethical. They are committed to doing the right thing, even when it's not easy or popular.
