Hardicon Limited, a Technical Consultancy Organization (TCO) is a Joint Venture of Public Sector Banks & Financial Institutions. It was setup on 11th June 1985 by Govt. of India on the recommendation of World Bank to provide low-cost consultancy to all the Govt. Department & Private Sector to accelerate the growth of the Industries in the Country. Hardicon was initially promoted by Public Sector Banks such as PNB, OBC, SBI, BOI, Union Bank of India, UCO Bank, CBol, and Financial Institutions such as SIDBI, HSIIDC, HFC, and DFC, lead by IFCI. The Company is having over 39 years of exemplary track record in Banking & Technical Consultancy Business, Business Advisory, and Skill Development and the accounts of the company are audited by Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) being deemed Government Company.
