Program Associate
Current- Work collaboratively with business partners to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and that they also adhere to high standards
- Monitor and assess the potential impacts of proposed changes in legislation, policy, process, or adoption of new trends on divisional plans, initiatives, budget and resourcing.
- In liaison with change management partners, identify and evaluating current and future change requirements; conducting change impact assessments and identifying change implications of current and future business.
- Utilize the outputs of detailed analysis and research to weigh impacts to the organization and make decisions and/or recommendations on changes to business model, processes, organization practice, budget and resourcing
- Support the business planning process by conducting research, gathering information and make recommendations that will inform planning decisions regarding initiatives, timelines, and resourcing across the division
