• Performs the planning of project strategies including contracting, risk management, project controls & project execution• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirement, deadlines and schedules.• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.• Managing relationships with client and stakeholders.• Manages and negotiates Variation Orders and other changes to the contract

• Manage the quotations & Tender process to meet schedule, review and provide approval prior to final submission.• Coach subordinates in tendering review, contract review, & order Kick Off• Propose solutions, improvements and enhancements to bidding practices, & order execution plan• Review costing & Rationalise pricing with market and operational needs with input from Sales and Marketing• Review the contract to ensure organisation's ability to meet contract deliverables• Assess risks and propose mitigations to ensure product conformance, delivery and budget costs, to closeout of Contract deviations, to mitigate commercial and legal risks

• Focal point for preparation and submission of quotations, Contract Review,& lauching Order• Review tender requirements and coordinate with relevant functions (Sales & Aftermarket, Engineering, SCMM, QA, HSE) to gather inputs for tender preparation and submission.• Prepare Bills of Material and cost estimates, facilitate pricing and prepare tender packages within schedule.• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address clarifications/negotiations.• Kickoff Orders with relevant stakeholders such as Engineering, Materials, QA etc. • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes & monitor timely execution of orders.• Manage Customer account for expenditure contract report.• Review & verify local content assessment of Certain Order/Contract

• Receive and review sales orders against current requirements and work in process using the material requirement planning report.• Review MRP report & Release purchase orders for production material, floor stock items.• Evaluate potential suppliers based on their product quality, cost, delivery times that comply to global working instruction & financial standard.• Manage suppliers for pricing, specification, and capability.• Negotiate contracts that specify price, payment terms and delivery schedules.• Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, the purchasing department and managers on material status and production planning issues.• Control procurement process from ordering, mobilization of incoming part from overseas & local vendors until receiving inventory parts, including calibrate delivery requirements.• Review variant of purchase prices history in a monthly basis

• Create and maintain production, and shipment schedules according to customer orders.• Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval.• Plan & control material requirement planning with external suppliers.• Analyze back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations.• Coordinate with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates & inventory levels in a monthly basis.• Follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.• Plan & Control the availability of material handling & packaging material to support shipment schedules according to customer orders.
