Focus of Role:• Developing new and existing automotive suspension and brake Systems.• Circuit simulation and system simulation to improve product functionality & cost-effectiveness.• Verification hardware testing & troubleshooting.• EMI/EMC noises diagnostics and compliance.• Reliability Analysis and testing.• Quality Assurance.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinating the development of electronic hardware systems from concept to completion.• Design electronics circuits, capture them in schematic and maintain design versions with trace- ability.• Select components where required as per specifications, cost, availability & manage trade-off.• Bringing prototype devices to functional status in a timely, cost-effective and professional manner.• Research and develop new ideas and solutions for some existing issues.• Work jointly with software & mechanical engineers to ensure system functionality & reliability.• Perform EMI/EMC RE & CE tests and apply needed modifications to meet EMC requirements.• As quality analyst of project, make sure all processes are in compliance with quality standards.• Prepare technical documentations e.g. hardware design specifications, BOM, design change requisition and micro-controller pin assignment sheet. • Perform DFMEA analysis & documentation with other stakeholders for hardware part and review periodically to ensure reliability and effectiveness.• TradeKey Achievements:• Successfully troubleshoot EMI noises in suspension system in verification phase at high frequencies and at low frequencies by implementing different solutions.• Improve thermal stability of existing and new systems by improving PCB layout design and hardware design.

Focus of Role: • Coordinate design of electronic circuits for medical products like ECG, EMG & Spiro-meter.• Design of PCB of circuit using Protel.• Hardware testing and troubleshooting.• Production CoordinationKey Responsibilities:• Design of electronic circuit with help of senior team members.• Entering the schematic circuit diagram using Protel CAD Tool.• Design of the layout of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for the circuit.• Generation of Gerber files, Bill of Material (BOM) and legends for the finalized circuit.• Liaison with the PCB vendor.• Assembly of received PCBs.• Testing of assembled PCBs.• Transferring design to production department for manufacturing.• Follow ISO13485 processes for design, development, testing.
