Employee engagement is described as the dedication, interest, and level of enthusiasm an employee feels toward their job, on a daily basis.● Implemented validation checks for only work emails to register and access the application.● Wrote efficient GraphQL queries to populate data on the front-end side of the application.● Used Apollo Client as a comprehensive state management library for JavaScript, enabling me to manage local and remote data with GraphQL.

● Worked on an incentive app that enables companies to provide non-cash and cash compensation for milestones, occasions, rewards, and perks that make working at any organization personal, connected, and rewarding.● Several Fortune 500 companies are currently using the beta version of the web application.● Based on the user stories and UI designs provided, I developed multiple modules in HR Admin and DivvyAdmin (the super admin portal) for this project.● Every module that I implemented contained CRUD operations, filtering, sorting, and pagination.● Aside from API integration and email and fax template development, some modules also required Excel sheet reading and writing operations to be performed purely in JavaScript.● Implemented invoicing screen in DivvyAdmin, which offered the addition and deletion of line items along with precalculated line items for invoice generation and invoice PDF download.● Fixed a number of bugs to improve application performance and speed, as well as removed repetitive API calls in multiple locations, resulting in an average improvement of around 13 seconds per user session.
