As Vice-President, I was tasked with managing the majority of the internal aspects of the organization. It was a challenging but rewarding task that allowed me to identify me leadership style. Overall, it was an experience of a lifetime.My scope of work included:- Core team Member: Brainstormed, collaborated with one VP and the President to strategize and plan out activities to maximise money raised for charity- Operations Leader for Concert Night- Head of Human Resources Department: overseeing and planning internal events for all members- Leader for Recruitment Project: supervised a team to plan and execute Recruitment plans for the organisation

Prepared students for their IELTS and SAT exams with given materials and self-prepared materials.
