Responsible for end-to-end real estate rent, buy or sale processes including:• Comparative market analysis• Marketing the real estate to prospective buyer• Facilitating a purchase and sale process, document preparation• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.• List the property for Sale to the public• Preparing necessary papers describing the property for advertising• Advertising the property• Answer any questions about the property. • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters• Ensure buyers are pre-screened so that they are financially qualified to buy property• Negotiate price on behalf of the sellers/buyers.• Find real estate in accordance with the buyers' needs, specifications, and affordability.• Customer Service
