CurrentTRIFProviding training to professionals (TRIF, JSLPS, other NGOs), caders, Agri. Entrepreneur and farmers in Jharkhand and Madhya Pradesh on sustainable agriculture, PoP of crops and new technology demonstration (trellis, aerobic rice, SRI, exotic vegetable, low cost net house preparation, protected cultivation, horticulture nursery). Development and distribution of IEC materials, flex, banner, posters for community and trainees. Support in promotion of regenerative farming (orchard development, multilayer farming, improved soil health management, orgnic input preparation, organic manures packaging and marketing) in all TRIF Blocks in Jharkhand through training and capacity building and encourage youths as an organic inputs producer. Anchoring Millionaire Farmer Development Program (MFDP)(identification of low gestation fruits/crops, data keeping, encourage farmers through lots of crop in single area) in Jharkahnd and MP where all kind of soft and hard skills are provided to farmer through training and demonstration. In MFDP, UHDO (Ultra high density orchard)and cash crops promoted so that farmers can get income from first year of the orchard. Supervised development of Farmer Technology Center (FTC) in Jharkhand and M.P where different new technology demonstration on organic and sustainable agriculture in promoted and promotion of new crop varieties. In FTC center farmers are entertained for 15-45 days period of residential training, where they can get classroom and on field training, like in a training of 15 days farmer can properly learn about nursery preparation from land preparation to ready saplings. It will help all kind of farmers to get a proper knowledge about the topic and they can easily adopt the technology with maximum effective knowledge.
