In the current role at Utility Powertech Limited:· Audit Functions in particular comprised:· Dealing with audit committee issues,· Internal Audit plan formulation and its approval,· Special reviews and audits,· Management information system/reports,· Enlistment of audit firms for internal audit & physical verification for all company units &subsidiaries.· Preparation of audit guidelines and coordination & monitoring of audit by external agencies,· In-house internal audit· Review of internal audit reports, internal audit meetings & follow-up for compliances and its settlement.· Process audit· Government audit co-ordination in particular comprising Performance Audits, Phase Audits, Draft paras, Action taken notes, Factual statements and Inspection reports on continuous basis.· Further post government audit – Collection of inputs, review and finalisation of management replies, its approval, submission and also co-ordination, interaction and follow up for its settlement in the previous role at L&T Power Under Apex logistic
