With experience handling 1KL single-use bioreactors, 10L glass bioreactors, and 75L & 500L SS bioreactors, My expertise in monitoring and controlling key process variables enables me to identify and resolve issues quickly, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity. I am also involved in deviation identification and investigation, as well as batch startup activities in SS bioreactors and Single-use bioreactors. My involvement in CSV-related work has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape and the importance of maintaining compliance in all aspects of biotech manufacturing.Prior to my current role, I served as an Executive in a Submerged Fermentation Plant - Upstream at Biocon Biologics India Limited, where I gained experience processing Recombinant Human Insulin and its analogues in a USFDA-approved plant.
