 Perform and manage all day-to-day aspects of providing payroll for 100 US employees and 40 Canadian employees. Biweekly payroll runs for Canada and semimonthly payroll runs for USA using ADP PC Payroll software. Weekly expense reimbursement runs for USA. Control and coordinate payroll yearend reporting for both US and Canada. Reconciliation of payroll GL accounts and any working papers required for audits Administration of Canadian benefits plan. Administration of Sales compensation plan US & Canada – includes calculation of revenue allocation to each sales employee as well as calculation of commission payable based on sales goals and revenue attainment
