I managed the scheduling of marketing research studies for Nielsen's 7 internet panels as well as third party suppliers. I also scheduled and coordinated all offline work in the United States. I was responsible for payment of global vendor invoices and managed 2 procurement specialists. During this time, I was able to save the relationship with 2 global vendors that were in jeopardy.

I managed the scheduling for both online and offline marketing research studies. I consulted with the client service division for the study design for offline work domestically. I oversaw the integration of two software systems for scheduling and was a primary source for the initial programming of the online scheduling system that was the forerunner of the current company wide system in use today.

After 2 months, I was promoted to coordinator where I managed the execution of the projects so that they were completed on time and on budget.
