Supervised and evaluated personnel, program planning and implementation, budget, and facilities management for the Offices of Admissions, Multicultural Recruitment and Retention, Academic Support, College and Academic Counseling, Writing Center and the Registrar of 14 and fiscal responsibility for a budget in excess of $1,000,000.00. Provided a personalized approach to actively identify, recruit, admit, enroll, retain and graduate a highly qualified student body that was demographically and geographically consistent with the Academy’s vision, mission and strategic plan. Enrolling nearly 250 gifted and talented students annually.Managed institutional research, planning, and program development related to enrollment management and retention, assessing student attrition, the quality of support programs, and cross departmental efforts utilized to address the needs of students.

Responsible for the design, facilitation, coordination and implementation of the Entrepreneurship Institute and the Women’s Business Network including curriculum development, managing marketing strategies and communicating with current and prospective participants. Increased participation by over 75%.

Planned, launched, managed and marketed a new College initiative generating revenues of over $2,000,000 in less than three years. Hired, supervised, and managed over 100 staff members annually who were responsible for camps, conferences and community education programming.

Conducted, researched, designed, implemented and reviewed an all encompassing student outcomes assessment program in accordance with the requirements of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools Higher Learning Commission directive, the Higher Education Act and the Illinois Board of Higher Education for student outcomes assessment.Created, facilitated and evaluated institutional process for evaluating programs, policies and procedures affecting the retention of students including admission standards, orientation programs, and academic and student affairs support services.Advised new students on their academic programs and course offerings, assisted returning students experiencing academic difficulties including those on academic probation, those with learning and physical disabilities and students considering withdrawing from the institution.
