The Human Resources Manager oversees and manages any or all aspects of the site’s human resources functions, ensuring the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience and that training and development needs are made available to enhance performance and achieve the business strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, safety, active involvement in workplace practices, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee development, equality and diversity. From time to time s/he will also provide strategic and tactical support for broader HR initiatives across the company.
