Current• Gather and verify background check information for all new placements/hires and submit/process through 3rd party background check company. • Gather necessary backup documentation from candidates throughout the background process ensuring all documentation that has been received and placed in personnel file for future reference/audit. • Gather/process all required onboarding documents as they relate to individual client required specifications for background verifications.• Creation of, review for completeness, and ongoing maintenance of personnel files for all new placement/hires.• Maintain background check, drug screen, and other new hire paperwork in company database (Bullhorn).• Track/verify completion of drug screenings for all new placement/hires, verifying information has been entered into company database (Bullhorn) and drug screen documents have been added to personnel file. • Maintain placement/audit spreadsheet for W2/Third Party/1099s as it relates to completion of background checks, drug screenings, new hire paperwork.• Gather, review for accuracy, and submit all documentation for client audit requests.• Improved thoroughness of background process and procedures by developing checklists and creating tracking spreadsheets. • Work closely with all recruiters, account executives, accounting department and upper management on various projects, often working in a very time sensitive environment.• Train internal administrative personnel as to company processes and Bullhorn database.• Format and proofread consultant resumes, prior to client submission.• Coordinate and maintain resume cue spreadsheet and oversee another administrative assistant regarding resume workload.• Maintain resume tracking spreadsheet for all administrative personnel and submit weekly counts to upper management. • Answer questions for consultants regarding new hire paperwork, processes, etc.
